Before we make Corn Bakwan first we
prepare the ingredients first.
Ingredients:
1.
Prepare 5-6 pcs sweet corn, 2 carrots,
cabbage according to taste
2.
Prepare flour less than 3 tablespoons
3.
Prepare a large medium size red onions
as much as 1 pcs only
4.
Candlenut 1pcs
5.
Medium garlic 4 pcs
6.
Coriander approximately as much as a
quarter of a small spoon
7.
Red chili as much as 3-4 pcs
8.
Leaves fresh onions as much as 1 stem
only

And lastly do not forget Salt and
cooking oil to taste.
How to Make
First, we
shaved the sweet corn we had prepared earlier into a large bowl.
Second,
fine input garlic, fine red onion, fine coriander, and fine candlenut . Then mix the ingredients that have
been put into the bowl.
Third,
the input of flour and then stir again until all the dough there is no small
grains of flour.
Fourth,
the salt input according to taste. Then stir until all the ingredients corn bakwan
mixed flat.
Then
the latter prepare the frying pan and input the oil into the frying pan to
taste.
After
that input batter corn bakwan that we have made earlier, into the frying pan. Then
fry with medium-sized fire, until corn bakwan is yellowish and then lift.
